Terms of Service - Balbi Faucet

By using the Balbi Faucet (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

The Balbi Faucet distributes BALBI tokens on the Polygon network for community engagement and testing. Tokens are provided “as is”, with no guarantee of monetary value or price performance.

2. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

One person, one wallet. Automated scripts, bots, or any non-human claiming methods are prohibited.
Claims are subject to a cooldown (e.g., 4 hours) to ensure fair distribution.
We may limit, suspend, or block addresses that appear to abuse or game the Service.

3. No Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including failed transactions, blockchain fees, or third-party outages.

4. Wallets & Keys

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet and private keys. We do not store your private key and cannot recover it for you.

5. Data & Privacy

We may store your wallet address and last claim timestamp to enforce cooldowns and prevent abuse. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, pause, or end the Faucet, and update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
